By using Cappybara ("the app"), you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the App

Cappybara is a personal expense tracking tool. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account credentials.

2. Account

You may optionally create an account using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Google Sheets Integration

The Google Sheets feature requires you to sign in with your Google account and grant permission to create and edit a spreadsheet. You can revoke this access at any time via your Google account settings.

4. Data Accuracy

OCR scanning may occasionally produce inaccurate results. You should verify scanned transaction data. Cappybara is not responsible for errors in automated data extraction.

5. Availability

We strive to keep the app available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Cloud sync features depend on server availability.

6. Limitation of Liability

Cappybara is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any financial decisions made based on data in the app, or for any data loss.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
